Kyle offers full-service consulting covering every major aspect required to run your business. Depending on the current state of the business this could range from determining which licenses are required to operate to determining specifically how to operate each aspect of the business.

Project Controls

Project controls are considered the project’s strategy, methods, schedules, estimates, risk management (including safety), documentation, management/oversight, resources, and quality control. Kyle can work with you to establish these controls or refine them as needed.

Project Management

Kyle can act as the Project Manager for your project to ensure all operations are being conducted in accordance with the project controls or create new controls when required and implement them “on the job,” as an existing project is underway. This is sometimes necessary if the management of a project is failing and requires outside attention.

Marketing

Kyle can work with you to establish and develop your brand, as well as moving forward in maintaining your authenticity as a business. Kyle can work through the entire process from designing a logo, business card, stationary, to creating a podcast to help market your business or a specific product.
